Please contact us to receive Shari’s standard fee structure for domestic USA and international events. We welcome you to share your budget with us if possible. This allows us to understand how we can put together a package that will work for your budget! We have several options available and would be berry happy to provide a quote no matter how big or small your group is.

If it is efficient and feasible for your organization to include Shari’s transportation and/or lodging expenses in her fee we are happy to oblige. Otherwise, Shari is happy to provide a quote that is all-inclusive and includes all transportation and lodging expenses. All-Inclusive packages are negotiable based on event date, event location, audience size and audience composition.

Shari prefers to book her own transportation though appreciates lodging at the event venue whenever possible.

In order to secure an event date, we request a signed contract and a 50% deposit of the speaking fee. Shari will initiate her travel after a deposit is received and the contracts are signed. We have a standard contract that we can provide but are also happy to use your format if preferred. Travel and lodging expenses are to be reimbursed when they are purchased.

Shari’s is often the keynote speaker and her most popular presentation is 35-45 minutes long. She is happy to adjust it in order to comfortably fit inside your schedule!

We will provide a 2-minute video as a link or on a hard drive. It will require sound, screen and equipment and is to be played in high volume just prior to Shari taking the stage. Shari’s following PowerPoint photo presentation will not require any sound but will require a projector, screen, computer, remote and microphone (a hands-free or portable microphone is preferred). If required, we are happy to provide Shari’s PowerPoint photo/slides in advance of your event. In addition, Shari can provide a laptop computer and remote. Shari prefers a music stand or small podium close to the audience.

Shari’s quote will include a chocolate dipped strawberry for everyone in attendance! Yum! We will work with venue staff to store and serve the berries if required.

Please let us know how many people you are expecting to have. We prefer that the berries are served just before Shari speaks. We have many creative suggestions on how the berries can easily and quickly be dispersed!

Shari will be provided a book table (and helper) to offer her book after she speaks. Shari prefers to set up book table the day or evening before event.
